Holiday Wish

Health is a package deal. Among the many things contributing to your health : food and water you take in, the quality of the air you breathe, how you handle emotional stress, exercise, relaxation, physical injuries you have experienced (major and minor), your use of drugs all impact who you are and what you have or will become.
